How long must I be present at Orientation?

First Time in College (FTIC) Orientation: On Day 1, students must be present from the start of the orientation until the end of Orientation (9:00am-3:45pm). There will also be optional opportunities from 3:45pm-5:00pm that we strongly encourage students to engage with in order to get the most from their experience.

On Day 2, students must be present through the Course Registration period of the schedule and until they enroll to their classes with their designated academic college’s Academic Success Coaches (8:30am-1:30pm). After Course Registration, students must complete the official Orientation Checkout Survey and only then will be allowed to leave.
